Overview: Mr. Stone has over 24 years of experience in all phases and types of construction management in both the public and private arenas. In this role he has managed multiple projects, multiple project managers, been responsible for negotiating contracts, resolving disputes, dealing with owner clients and public agencies. He has worked in both traditional design-bid-build and design-build arenas. Mr. Stone has also worked on a wide range of experience from public infrastructure projects to industrial process projects. Mr. Stone has specialized in the areas of time, productivity, and change related issues on projects that have critical importance to an owner’s strategic business plan in both industrial process and transportation infrastructure projects.
